At Mamma Dos, we carefully roast, pack, and prepare every order to ensure your coffee arrives fresh and ready to enjoy.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During holidays, promotions, or new product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We currently ship within the United States using trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (when available)

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and destination.

Freshness Matters

To maintain freshness and quality, all coffee is packaged carefully before shipment. We recommend enjoying your coffee within a few weeks of opening for the best flavor experience.

Delayed or Lost Packages

Once a package has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside our direct control. However, if your package is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please verify your shipping address carefully before placing your order. Mamma Dos is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and products so we can assist you promptly.
